How long does it take to receive ordered PINs? |
For first time buyers it might take up to 48 hours. We verify each and every customer to prevent fraud. If you are the first time customer and
want your PINs to be delivered faster, please avoid using free e-mail addresses like Yahoo
and Hotmail. Please provide your daytime contact phone number, so we contact you faster. Customers who made purchases on LDPOST.COM in the past will get
their PINs immediately over e-mail. They can also look it up as soon as the order is made in History -> Details of the account. |
Will you mail me the actual cards? |
No. PINs and Instructions will be e-mailed to you. If you would like to get the actual cards, you need to call us with this order. We charge extra
for shipping and there is no sense paying for this, until you are a collector of calling cards and would like to have our cards as a part of your collection. |
How to send/resend PIN Numbers to my e-mail account? |
Log on to your account on LDPOST, go to History -> Details. Click on Card Images link. There is an option there to send this
e-mail to you. |
My e-mail changed. How can I change it in my records of LDPOST.COM? |
Please log on using your old e-mail address. Then click My account and type in your new e-mail address or any other information you would like to

I lost my PINs. Can you resend it to me? |
We can if you send a request to us. However, the simplest and the quickest way to look up your PINs is to log on to your account on LDPOST.COM, then
click History. All your purchases will be listed on the screen. Find the day of purchase and click Details. The content of your order and access numbers will be
displayed on the screen. |
What are extra charges on the cards? |
Each card has a different set of conditions and charges. To read the details, click on the card image and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. |
How do I find the best card for me? |
The best card is not always a synonym to the best rate. As the service provided by various carriers even within the same card platform the same card
could be good to one country and not very good to another. If you are the first time buyer, we suggest you to try the following: Use Best
Rate Finder program http://www.ldpost.com/webstore/finder.php, which will allow you to find the card with the best rate to the country of your interest.
It will also list the next best rate card as well. The Best Rate Finder will take in consideration ALL additional charges on the card, like Connection Fees,
Taxes, Minute Rounding, Minimum Call Length and so on. We recommend you place an order for $5 cards of different types with the best rates and see which one will get you the best
quality of connection to the country of your interest. |
What is the minimum and maximum order amount I can place? |
At this time, the minimum purchase amount is always $20.00 either your are the first time buyer or you have bought cards before. The maximum purchase amount is limited to $25.00 for the first time
buyers and to $100.00 for those who have bought cards before. There is 10% discount given automatically on all $100.00 purchases. So, if you place an order for $100.00 regardless
of the card types your are ordering, your credit card will be charged only $90.00. |

At this time, you will not be able to purchase phone cards with your non-USA credit card via our web store. You can use a credit card with US billing
address when buying calling cards on the web or you can pay by check or money order for the purchase. |
If I buy different kinds of Calling cards for $100, do I still get a 10% discount , or I have to buy one kind? |

How to use Pre-Paid CALLING Card? |
From Any Touch-Tone Phone:
Your personal calling card number (PIN or authorization code) consists of 7-14 digits and is your exclusively. PINs (and
Instructions) are e-mailed to you. PIN is usually located on the back of a calling card and covered with silver strip.
1. Dial 800-access number that appears on the back of your card.
2. Follow the instructions, enter your PIN number.
3. Follow the instructions, dial as you normally do:
- for international calls 011 + Country Code + City Code + Local
Number
- for domestic calls 1 + Area Code + Local Number
To make another call, press the pound key twice (##) or a star (*) key and follow step 3
instructions. |
